AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
SERVICES
Vivid LEDs provides permanent LED holiday and architectural lighting installation services in Western Washington. Our services include consultation, system design, product supply, installation, and support.
QUOTES AND PRICING
- All quotes are estimates based on information provided and may be adjusted after on-site assessment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Pricing includes materials and installation unless otherwise specified
- Additional work beyond the original scope may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
- Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
- We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates but cannot guarantee specific dates due to weather or other factors beyond our control
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee
- If we must reschedule due to weather or other circumstances, we will contact you to arrange a new date at no additional charge
PAYMENT TERMS
- A deposit may be required to secure your installation date
- Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless other arrangements have been made in writing
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as communicated at time of booking
- Past due accounts may be subject to collection fees and interest
WARRANTY
- Our LED products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified at time of purchase
- Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from date of installation
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by Acts of God, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear
- Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the issue
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Vivid LEDs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before installation
- Notify us of any property conditions that may affect installation (underground utilities, structural concerns, etc.)
- Keep pets and children away from work areas during installation
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Vivid LEDs or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
WEBSITE USE
- Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time
- You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the website
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vivid LEDs, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington
- You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us before pursuing formal legal action
- Any legal action must be filed in the courts of King County, Washington
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
