We offer a white-label product—purchased directly from the manufacturer and essentially unbranded, i.e., generic. With Vivid LEDs, you pay only for our high-quality products and excellent customer service, not an expensive brand.

We currently offer lighting and installation services throughout western Washington. If you live outside of that area, contact us anyway, we can discuss arrangements!

The lights are rated for roughly 50,000 hours of use. Most people use the lights for around 5 hours a night and at that rate they should last around 25-30 years. 

Absolutely! All cables and lights are manufactured to withstand extreme weather conditions, from rain, snow, ice, and sun.

We offer a 5-year warranty for the products and a 1-year warranty on the labor. Extended warranty can be purchased within the first 30 days of use for $60 a year, up to 10 years. 

To get a little technical, there are 3 bulbs per light, with 4 diodes apiece: red, green, blue, and warm white. So each light has 12 diodes total, offering brighter, more vivid lights than competitors. 

The control box is about the size of a ream of paper. The location will depend on three things; proximity to an electrical outlet, path to the first light of the system, and keeping it hidden. Usually the control box is installed on the side of the home near a roofline, or in the garage.

Yes! You can control the brightness, color, pattern, and positioning of the lights. Dimmer, subtler security lighting is a nice option for everyday use. 

You can choose your colors using a palette that lets you customize to your exact preferences. This gives you over 16 million color options! You can create your own patterns and designs, as well as customize the movements.

Definitely! There are preset color and movement patterns for every season and holiday, and you can adjust and save the presets as you like.
